Before sending a theme support request, we recommend you please try these 3 things to narrow down the issue and make sure that the theme is causing issues and that it’s not a plugin conflict.

  • Deactivate all plugins in the dashboard & check if the issue still exists.
  • Re-activate all your plugins one by one and check the issue after each.
  • Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue is persists.
