Support is provided over email, initially started by using the contact forms provided on our website.

This data collected in these contact forms is simply emailed to us so that we can reply to your questions or email solutions to any problems you may need help with when using our products. This data is saved only as an email thread within our email, you can request this to be deleted at any time.

Purchasing Our Products

When purchasing our WordPress Themes and/or WordPress plugins, we require a name and email address, these details are saved to our sales systems, depending on the product you are purchasing.

They all offer their own privacy policy on how data is stored, which you can read on their websites. We can delete the data saved by these systems, on your request.

We use MailChimp to send our annual or biannual newsletters. If you do choose to opt in to our Newsletter, your email address (only) is then sent to MailChimp so that we can send you information on latest products or exclusive promotions.

If you’ve purchased any of our products and do not want your data in our systems, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you and we can ensure that this data will be removed.
